If we've been friends for any length of time, you likely know I've suffered from gut issues off and on my whole life - bloating, irregularities, and just yuck.
Did you know that unaddressed food sensitivities can mess with your digestion, energy levels, immune system, and even your mood (anxiety and depression included)? Yeah, it's a big deal.
Yet, I think we sometimes just get so used to those symptoms that we don't even realize that we have some control over them, through our food, our sleep, and our movement.
Over the years, I've worked hard to try and figure out what foods mess with me and what foods cooperate with me - lots of trial and error, lots of elimination of foods, lots of food journaling.
YEARS of trial and error - and not a very fun process when it doesn't go well, of you know what I mean.
I think that's why I am SO EXCITED for you to get your hands on this brand new nutrition program that focuses 100% on your gut and helping you decipher what foods work best for you and which do NOT.

The program is called The 4 Week Gut Protocol - created by Super Trainer Autumn Calabrese with a team of nutritionists and PhDs.
She will teach us how the food you eat impacts your gut health and your overall health, and how to eat to support a healthy gut and help rebalance your gut microbiome.
I'm pretty excited to have the structure of a simple gut health program to help identify what foods work WITH my body instead of against it.
How does this program work?
1-REMOVE>> First, we'll start by removing the most common foods known to cause gut issues (so we can find the culprits later!)
